Mill Moor Cottage is a converted stone farm building on the Barton Hall estate, just outside Pooley Bridge on the edge of Westmorland and Furness. The fell views extend across working farmland, and Ullswater itself is within walking distance. A pub sits less than a mile away, while Penrith's shops and restaurants are six miles north.

The cottage sleeps seven across four bedrooms: two doubles and two single rooms, one of which is downstairs. The ground floor holds an open-plan living and dining space with a woodburner, a kitchen with electric cooking and full appliances, and a bedroom with an en-suite shower. Upstairs, two further bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath complete the layout. The property comes with bed linen, Wi-Fi and electricity included; the wood-fired heating system is fed with initial fuel. A shared external utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and additional freezer, while the shared garden has furniture and access to a barbecue. On-site parking is available for three cars, and a bike store is on the property. The entrance has a ramp. Smoking is not permitted inside, and one well-behaved pet is welcome.
