Belle View is a three-bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a townhouse in Bowness, sleeping up to six. The layout spreads across two levels: downstairs holds all three bedrooms (a king, a double, and a bunk) plus a bathroom with bath and shower; upstairs is an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining space and sitting room, where patio doors open onto a balcony. The kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, so you can cook proper meals or keep things simple. A sofa bed in the lounge doubles your sleeping options if needed. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and WiFi are included.

Two minutes on foot brings you to Bowness town centre, where shops, pubs and restaurants cluster around you. Lake Windermere's shore is a similar walk away. The location works well as a base for exploring the wider Lake District—you're close enough to pop into town for supplies or an evening out, but far enough from the bustle if you want quiet time. Parking for two cars comes with the property. Note that the stairs between floors are steep and spiral. No smoking is permitted indoors.
