Hazelrigg

Hazelrigg is a three-bedroom house sleeping six in Westmorland and Furness, near the eastern shore of Windermere. The ground floor is arranged as one open space: a living area with a wood burner and smart TV flows into a kitchen and dining room equipped with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and wine cooler. Upstairs are two double bedrooms and a third with bunk beds, plus a bathroom with a bath, shower and heated towel rail, and a separate toilet. One dog is welcome. The essentials—electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi—are included, along with initial fuel for the wood burner.

The rear garden has a terrace and sitting-out area with garden furniture and a BBQ, with space to relax. Private parking for three cars is on site. A pub lies within a mile. The house does not permit smoking. There are steps in the garden, and the entrance itself is accessible at ground level. Bowness on Windermere is nearby, making this a practical base for exploring the South Lakes.
