The whole place is yours alone, with room for eight across four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One dog can stay free.

The ground floor holds a spacious living and dining room centred on a wood burner, a separate sun room for watching the garden, and a well-equipped kitchen where multiple cooks can work comfortably. Upstairs, you get a king bed with ensuite shower, two further kings, and a room with single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Essentials like electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The garden is large and enclosed with a patio, though there is an unfenced raised pond 20 yards away. Private parking fits four cars. No smoking inside. The property sits on a hamlet track with countryside all around; the southern Lake District and its fell walks are close by, and the village has a pub and restaurant.
