Yew Tree Farm

Yew Tree Farm is a ground-floor barn conversion that comes ready for a week away. Electricity, heating, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are all included, along with fuel for the open fire. The kitchen has an electric range, dishwasher, and two fridges, so you can cook properly or keep things simple. There's a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, which matters if you're here with muddy boots or young children.

The layout is a single sprawling storey arranged as an L-shape. The main living area is open plan—sitting room with a fire at one end, dining table seating six in the middle, kitchen beyond. Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed; Bedroom 2 a double; Bedroom 3 has two singles and opens onto an external door. Two bathrooms serve the three bedrooms: one with a bath and shower, one a shower cubicle. A highchair is available. Outside, a large courtyard with landscaped garden and sitting-out area adjoins the property; there's parking for three cars and a BBQ. One dog is welcome.

The hamlet sits near Yew Tree Barn, which houses architectural antiques and a gallery, and Harry's Cafe Bar is adjacent. A pub is within a mile. The property is not configured for wheelchair access. No smoking indoors.
