The bedrooms consist of two king-size with en-suite shower rooms, a double, a second-floor king-size, second-floor double, and second-floor twin, with a Smart TV in each bedroom, serviced by a bathroom, cloakroom, and second-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, gravelled area, and hot tub, along with off-road parking for three cars. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles, pub in 0.4 miles, lake in 1.1 miles, river in 0.3 miles, beach in 1.5 miles, and canal in 0.3 miles.
