Puddle Duck Cottage

Puddle Duck Cottage is a detached property in Brigsteer village, well-stocked enough that you won't need to hunt for basics. The kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and washer-dryer, so cooking and laundry both work without fuss. Upstairs, the open-plan living area spreads across a dining space and lounge with a sofa and deep velvet chair. Entertainment includes Freeview, Netflix and Amazon Firestick. A study area sits separate. Wifi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The ground floor holds the bedroom and two bathrooms. The bedroom has a kingsize bed and an en-suite with corner shower. The second bathroom contains a double-ended bath. A patio with garden furniture sits to the front, with space for two cars parked on site. The cottage does not accept children, including infants. Smoking is not permitted. The village pub is within walking distance, and the surrounding countryside—moorland where lapwings, snipe, curlew and hares are seen—is immediate.
