Raven House

Raven House is a three-storey terraced property built from local stone, renovated in 2022 to blend original features with contemporary fixtures. You enter through a small entrance hall into a living room with an Art Nouveau fireplace, sofas and a Smart TV. The dining room sits open-plan beyond, with a six-seat table, board games and books. A well-equipped kitchen at the rear handles everything from coffee to full meals, and there's a utility room with washing machine and toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs are three bedrooms: a super kingsize on the first floor, two singles also on the first floor, and a zip-and-link super kingsize (configured as two singles on request) on the second. The single bathroom has a roll-top bath, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Gas central heating keeps the place warm, and essentials like bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.

Outside, a small courtyard has garden furniture and a BBQ. There's a bike and surfboard store, and parking in a shared lane at the rear or in town car parks a short walk away. A pub lies within a mile. The property doesn't permit smoking. Kendal town centre and the Lake District are on your doorstep.
