Ted’s Place

Ted's Place is a three-bedroom apartment on the second floor of an Edwardian villa in Arnside, a small seaside village in Westmorland and Furness. The property sleeps five: two kingsize beds, one single bed, and a bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. One small dog can stay free of charge.

The kitchen comes ready for self-catering, with an electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, plus a breakfast area. The living room has a wood-burning stove and Smart TV. Essentials including electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are provided. Gas central heating keeps the place warm. There's a utility room with washing machine, onsite parking for one car, and a bike store. A decking area with garden furniture overlooks the bay. The entrance involves 20 steps, with a further 10 from the decking to the garden.

Arnside has cafés, independent shops, a bakery, pubs and a chip shop within walking distance. The location suits those wanting quiet seaside time rather than a busy resort. Children under six are not accommodated. No smoking throughout.
