Lovely hotel in a great location in Weston Super Mare. Everything you need is in walking distance which is nice. Our room was spotless and comfy. We loved having the choice of bath and shower in our room. All staff were very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was very nice. The hotel is on a bit of a hill and the parking situation wasn’t completely clear, but that is down to Booking.com failing to forward us the emails from the hotel which explained the situation.

Great location, not far from the front but it's a bit up hill and parking can be limited so park up and leave the car where it is at hotel or in street, we had the double room with balcony which had a view of the front and grand pier, it's a old building and not perfect but it is very nice and the staff were great and very helpfull! There is no evening meals but we had takeaway delivered, breakfast is very nice hot and fresh, our stay was great and a big thank you to them

This hotel felt like staying over with family, Andrew and Beth are soo personable, kind, friendly, polite, funny, professional and welcoming. Andrew was on hand to help from the moment we arrived. The views, ambiance, fresh and clean linen, books for children to read and tailored personal service, are all of the reasons why I'll definitely be returning. The bed was genuinely the most comfortable bed I've slept in. Shanaid (I'm sure I've spelt her name wrong) is such a hard working young lady also. On this occasion, I stayed with my six year old Son, he thoroughly enjoyed himself, the staff and owners made him feel like part of the family. Nothing was too much for these guys. Thank you for making our time in Weston-super-Mare, such a memorable and special one.

Great hotel! We stayed here for summerfest at the beach and it was great. Only around 30 mins walk to the festival and the manager was so lovely! Would stay again!
