What visitors say
We really enjoyed out first visit to the pier. The weather was a little cold, but our whole day was enjoyed. We stopped at the cafe on the pier and enjoyed a nice coffee. We saw plenty of food coming out to other tables and it looked really good. The arcade was also great, its whole appearance took me back my childhood, but lots of the gestures were modern and there appeared to be something for everyone.

A lovely place to visit with a great atmosphere and beautiful views. The Grand Pier is perfect for a fun day out, whether you’re with family or friends. There’s plenty to see and do, and the views over the sea are fantastic. Definitely worth a visit!

The Grand Pier is the "heart" of Weston-super-Mare. It is loud, colorful, and vibrant, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, it might be a bit too intense for you. Today's pier, opened in 2010, is largely a new construction, as previous ones were destroyed by two fires—the first in 1930 and the second in 2008. It is currently one of the most modern facilities of its kind in the UK. Unlike many other British piers, it is mostly undercover, making it a year-round attraction regardless of the weather. It is approximately 400 meters long and is perfect for a short stroll if you want to avoid trudging through the mud on the beach itself. Admission costs around £1, which helps with the maintenance of the site, and the pier is fully accessible for people with disabilities.

It's a lovely and beautiful environment. The kids enjoyed themselves, I advised buy the pay as you go coins but the wrist tickets has limitations ( you can only play 5 games/rides) while other are £1, £2.
