Fabulous guest house. The hosts Tim and Theresa were amazing. So friendly and full of useful tips and recommendations of places to eat and visit nearby. Our room was beautiful and very spacious and spotlessly clean with lots of lovely little extras like a fridge with cold water and fresh milk for tea coffee and hot chocolate supplied along with biscuits. We also had a radio and a fan as well as a TV. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of lovely detail. Location is perfect. Walking distance from the beach and shops and restaurants. We're already planning our next visit.

A gorgeous guest house, Tim and Teresa are fantastic hosts. Our room was very spacious, with fresh milk and water provided daily, and a great coffee, tea and hot chocolate selection in the room. The fresh cooked breakfast each morning is fantastic, with a great choice of fresh fruit everyday followed by daily specials. Oaklands is located in a convenient area, only a short walk into town. The honesty bar in the ‘VIP Lounge’ is a lovely touch, and a great place to sit and unwind after a busy day exploring. Free parking is also available. Should we return to Weymouth, Oaklands is the first place I would check for availability.

Me and my wife stayed over the bank Holliday weekend to celebrate our anniversary and couldn’t be happier with the stay. The room was spacious and clean, the decor throughout the building was stunning and the breakfast was to die for aswell as very friendly attentive service from the owners. The location was just a short walk to the beach which was perfect but I would like to mention the breakfast again and it was truly outstanding. We hope to visit again soon.

We stayed at Oaklands back in May and we’ve been thinking about it ever since; Tim and Teresa were the most gracious and dutiful hosts (and Sue)- we really felt we looked after during our stay, one of the many things which will spur our return! Tim cooks the most glorious to-order breakfasts in the morning and there will be options to cater for most, if that is a concern. The House itself, is stunning and every detail, is meticulous; location was perfect for us, in the way that it is set back a lovely walk from the town, nothing strenuous. There is also on-site and street parking available! 10/10 - we can’t wait to go back. Thankyou 💕
