Pebble Bank Holiday Park

We stayed in our touring caravan at Pebble Bank whilst my in laws stayed in one of their static caravans. Starting with the touring offering. Location honestly couldn't ask for better the views are stunning the site has some mild local traffic but is otherwise very peaceful yet close enough that 5 minutes drive you are in the center of Weymouth. The grass pitches are a little uneven but a few blocks of wood or a leveling block or two and you are sorted. The pitches are fairly close together but everyone is very friendly and never noticed any noise from our neighbours. Water and waste points are well positioned and easily accessible. The site is very clean and well maintained. There are a number of trees around the site which whilst lovely to look at do pose the inconvenience of bird mess. I'm not sure what the birds round here are eating but two days after being under one of these aforementioned trees the entire touring outfit had a new pebbledash paint scheme. The toilet block is a little small as a fair hike from the touring pitch location. However we never had to wait to use a toilet or shower and they were always very clean. The water pressure of the showers is fantastic and at a great temperature regardless of when you use the. On to the statics then. The static was lovely. Clean, modern with again fantastic views and very comfortable. My in laws were so impressed they said they would happily stay again. The statics are well laid out with lots of space between them, this gives the feeling of never being overlooked. Finally the fat badger pub / restaurant on site is fantastic, reasonably priced food, super convenient and again really well presented.

The caravan site was easily accessible, clean and well maintained. The shower and toilet blocks were clean with hot water. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site and they had entertainment on for the 2 nights we stayed. It has lovely views to the ocean and its a short distance (15 minute drive) to the seafront and town centre.

Lovely quite campsite with clean showers near to great walks and beach and amazing restaurant onsite. Had great help from Karl from the maintenance team who helped us with replacement nuts and bolts which fell off our caravan.

Nice compact site with great views sea views, the fat badger serves great food, some complain it's pricey but you pay for what you get. Minor quibbles are it's situated on a steep slope so it can be quiet a trek up the hill to goto/from shower block/bins/restaurant. Shower block probably needs an update/repairs.
