About Regency House Hotel

A cooked breakfast is included every morning at Regency House Hotel, a small Georgian B&B on Brunswick Terrace in Weymouth, setting guests up before a day exploring the Dorset coast. The five rooms are bright and unfussy rather than lavish, each with its own en-suite bathroom, and some looking out to sea. Drinks can be brought to the room, and there's outdoor seating for taking in the terrace views when the weather allows.

This is an adults-only property, with room service and 24-hour reception adding convenience for those wanting a straightforward, well-run base rather than extensive facilities. Free WiFi is available throughout, and cycle storage is handy for those keen to explore the surrounding area on two wheels. Family rooms are also available for those travelling in a small group.

Weymouth Beach and the Jurassic Coast are close by, and the local area offers plenty to fill the days: golf, fishing, watersports, cycling and walking routes are all within reach, alongside pubs, restaurants and entertainment nearby for evenings out. It's a simple, well-located spot for those who want comfortable basics and an easy walk to the seafront.

Booked in mid September via a phonecall. Completely hassle free and no mucking about online !! Lisa and Des were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Room very good with everything you would need. Nice small touches like dressing gowns, hairdryers etc. Excellent secure parking if you are on a motorbike. All amenities near by. Will definitely return.

I have stayed in Weymouth many times but I can quite honestly say this was the warmest welcome I have ever received. Lisa & Des are such an authentic lovely couple. Lisa went above & beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay, nothing was too much trouble. The view was spectacular! The room was light, airy & we had a comfortable seating area to enjoy the view. The beds were super comfortable, we both slept very soundly. Fantastic ensuite with a really lovely shower. Breakfast was beautiful, nothing was too much trouble & a wide variety on offer. Thank you Lisa & Des for such an easy going enjoyable stay, we had a FAB TIME!!! 😊👍

New owners are friendly and professional. As soon as we arrived, we were made extremely welcome and felt at home. All the rooms are lovely, spacious, clean, with lots of storage and surfaces for our belongings. Very generous in-room supplies of tea, coffee, bottled water, and toiletries. Breakfast was delicious, with actual locally sourced hand-made sausages, and bacon & free-range fresh eggs from the local butcher. As a vegetarian, my partner was well looked after too. In addition to a full English breakfast, there were cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices. The location is ideal and very easy to find, only minutes from the train station and facing the beach front.
