Attended BELMRS Model Railway Exhibition 2024 here on Sun 1-Dec. Event was run and manned by BELMRS volunteers. So OMB&CC just provided the event space. Was perfect venue for the event with the many "layouts" spread out throughout the venue in every corner of the ground floor. This meant totally accessible for any disabled visitors. On site toilet facilities were spotless and overall the venue was clean, safe & fit for purpose. Great choice of venue BELMRS and really well run event with great collection of layouts across the 3 main gauges.

We have an office at the business centre and couldn’t recommend the home of our work enough! The offices are a really reasonable rate and include conferencing hours which are really helpful for external meetings and events we host. The facilities are great, multiple kitchens and bathrooms and wifi. The centre is full of a great range of businesses who we’ve managed to do business with ourselves and making a brew typically turns into networking! We are also only a 1 minute walk (via the scenic route) to Oswaldtwistle Mills shopping village which is great for some retail therapy or last minute lunch! I also can not express my appreciation enough for Gill, the receptionist and centre manager, she always starts our day with a smile and is there to help us whenever we need. If you need space for a conference, office or virtual office I couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Conference room is nice, but every time I've been there it's laid out so you have to walk right thru the presentation to go to the loo. So after an hour of sitting and a cup of coffee half the room is doing it! Parking is OK, but turn up early if you want a space
