About Abbey Holiday Accommodation
Abbey Holiday Accommodation suits travellers after straightforward, practical lodging rather than frills, particularly families and those bringing a pet along for the trip. Set on Bridge Street in Whitby, it puts guests within easy access of the town's attractions, including Whitby Abbey itself.
Rooms are en-suite, with family rooms available and drinks provided in room, along with free WiFi throughout. A restaurant and snack bar cover meals on site, breakfast is included, and 24 hour reception means arrival times are flexible. Parking is available, which is a genuine convenience in a town centre location, and airport transfers can be arranged for those travelling further afield.
Outside the door, Whitby offers walking and cycling routes, fishing and watersports, plus golf nearby for those wanting a round during their stay. Pubs, bars and further restaurants are within reach for evenings out, and pets are welcome throughout, making this a sensible choice for a family or dog-friendly break based right in the heart of Whitby.
What guests say
In a fantastic central location.. rooms were clean although the floor felt a bit sticky in one spot, but regardless of that everything else was really good and we would happily use again. Exit the place and you're literally there. Also it was quiet at night, for us at least.
