Caravan park near Whitby with static caravans and cottages to rent, plus a children's play area.
About Stoupe Cross Farm Caravan Park
Stoupe Cross Farm is a family-run caravan park on the edge of Whitby, offering static caravans and stone-built cottages as holiday rentals rather than pitches for your own rig. There is a children's play area on site, making it a natural fit for families with young children.
The park has showers available. It suits people looking for a base to explore the North Yorkshire coast and the town of Whitby itself, which is within reach for a day out.

What visitors say
Lovely caravan park owned by brother and sister Gowan and Kath, very peaceful with incredible views over to Whitby Abbey, the North Sea and across to Saltwick Bay. There is access from the site on to the Cleveland Way cliff top path in either direction which makes it good for caravan owners who come to the site to go walking There is a children’s play park on site along with an Elsan point for removal of caravan waste, waste and recycling bins are provided and there is a newly refurbished male and female toilet block There are picnic tables available to campers to utilise and there is a wide open space for people to exercise their dogs. It is a short walk to the 199 steps, Abbey and Whitby brewery and you can either access the town via the 199 steps or the donkey path which is next to the steps or take a short drive to town either via Hawsker Lane and back along the A171 to Whitby or Green Lane A well run site half of which is overseen by Gowans son Stephen and grandsons William and Richard and other other half is run by Kath and her daughter Rachel There are two holiday cottages which are overseen by Kath and her daughter called Jewel Cottage and Dobbin Cottage Caravan owners can come and go as many times as they like during the season which runs from March to October There are plenty of supermarkets within a short drive including Aldi, Sainsbury’s Iceland/Food Warehouse and there is also a B&M

Beautiful caravan park, sea view from the caravan, Monday to Thursday was so quiet. Ideal to join the coastal path into Whitby. Definitely recommend

Lovely small caravan site, very quiet and clean. It's dog friendly, 15 to 20 minutes walk to Whitby with 2 routes to choose from coastal or road route via the 199 famous steps at the Abbey. There is no clubhouse or shop on site but this was not a problem for us, the Whitby brewery is on the walking route to Whitby town from the site.If you want a quiet relaxing site with nice views and walking routes to Whitby or Robin Hoods Bay this is the one you want .
