What visitors say
Excellent adults only campsite with fishing lake. It has all the facilities you could need. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The cafe has been recommended by many campers. The shower block is excellent and always very clean. Kitchen available also with fridge, washing machine etc. It is a 25 to 30 minute walk along the canal from the campsite into Whitchurch town centre. The road noise can be noticeable but is minimal and it is mainly quiet after 7pm. Beautiful scenery too. Highly recommend a visit.

Lovely camping, glamping and caravan site. Cafe on site but only open til 3pm. Washing up and laundry facilities available. Lake for fishing. It is on a busy A road so there is some road noise but not enough to spoil the trip. Canal walk at the back of the site and dog exercising field available.

Lovely little huts, beautiful lake and the location was perfect for me. I will be back for sure. This time with a fishing rod too. Thank you so much for your amazing place it's so beautiful and your both lovely too. The cafe on site, well the full English was spot on. Im a ex chef and every single thing was perfect 👌.. we had to have another as those sausages have plenty of flavour and the eggs were eggscellent x Thank you for an amazing stay. Ashley Stoddart.
