Good place to take the kids for the day. The play area is really big, with a smaller area for babies and toddlers. We didn't use this area much, but there was a lot of different activities in there for toddlers and babies. The main play area has 4 slides, monkey bars, spider webs and lots of ladders etc to climb. Food was a reasonable price. The place felt safe and I wasn't worried about my children, who are aged 3 and 6.

It's a nice huge place with loads for the little.ones to do. De ent size seating area and not too far away from local shopping stores and thr cinema. Great for making a day trip out of it. Seemed very clean and when we went there weren't too many kids. The place offers food and beverages. However, we did not partake in any of these amenities. I would say the only con would be that £9.50pp and adults are £2 seems a bit high compared to the surrounding play spots in the area. They do, however, give you an entry voucher for £2.50 for when upon your next visit instead of £9.50 you'll save £7 on one child. So it looks like we might have to come back to feel like we saved. Plenty of parking, and they also have the place available for private hire

I hosted my child’s birthday party on Saturday, October 11th at 2:30 p.m., and unfortunately, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. We weren’t allowed into the party room until 2:50 due to poor organisation and lack of control in the venue. The previous party also ran 20 minutes over their finish time, causing unnecessary delays. no juice had been prepared for the children and when I did ask for the juices I waited 20 min after asking twice ,throughout the party not a single staff member came over to check if we needed any assistance. I paid £5 per child for food, which amounted to two small slices of pizza and a tiny portion of chips — very disappointing for 9–11 year-olds. In previous venues, ie inflatanation children received at least half a pizza each, which was much more reasonable and understandable for their age group. The venue itself was dirty, lacked supervision for the children, and the staff were rude and visibly unhappy to be there. At one point, I was waiting to order a coffee at the till, and the young lady working there looked directly at me and simply walked away. I’ve hosted birthday parties for my child every year since he was two, and sadly, this was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend this venue to anyone.

It was fun. Went with few kids and adults. They had absolutely fantastic day. Although they could provide more fruits as my stepson wanted more apples. It's not always about the sugar. But the staff was great as well.
