South Lodge Cottage

South Lodge Cottage is a ground-floor bungalow sleeping two, with everything needed for independent holidays already in place. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob and microwave; bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. Heating and electricity are covered October to March. A shower room and double bedroom complete the accommodation, with a courtyard garden and parking for three cars outside.

The cottage opens directly onto walking routes around lakes, streams and the canal—useful for anyone wanting to explore on foot without a car journey first. A pub, shop and restaurant are 300 yards away. The location suits visitors heading to Manchester or Liverpool as well as those preferring quieter time in the Lancashire countryside; four golf courses lie within two miles. No smoking inside.
