What visitors say
Fabulous first visit. We attended for a party. Great set up. Friendly helpful staff. Nice cafe that you can overlook the arena from. Tables are very wobbly but apart from that it's ace. This venue is cashless too.

For an opening day it was a bit disappointing to be honest. Staff were friendly and helpful however they didn’t have all the items in the menu available. They didn’t even have ketchup! The tables on the upper part were set up so close together that you couldn’t even get passed to go downstairs. The inflatables were ok but apparently they won’t have the slides until September. The price was ok for 2h session. £14.99, seemed more affordable than Ninja Warrior. I think it’s got the potential to be better but definitely not a good first impression on opening day.

The inflatables and assault course section have been upgraded and seems improved from before. The layout is similar but all kids enjoyed themselves. The main drawback is the food service. I honestly felt sorry for the lady on the food counter she seemed to be on her own majority of the time, dealing with ever increasing queues. And the wait for food was over an hour- we were told there was a wait but did not expect it to be so long. After an hour and five mins I spoke to a supervisor and asked for a refund as we needed to leave for an appointment.supervisor was helpful and apologetic. I think it would benefit from a drinks vending machine so people can get drinks without adding to the food queues. It also appeared the service staff were run off their feet so perhaps a staffing review for busier periods. We did enjoy the facilities however frustrating when you can’t bring food in or drinks and you have to wait so long. Perhaps even a sandwich selection so people can grab an go, especially with hungry kids. We will prob come again but will avoid meal times

If you like a place that suits all ages including parents then this is the right place. Staff were very helpful. The chips ohhhh the chips delicious! My daughter loved it, would recommend going early if you have small ones. We got their with public transport for those who don't drive like me.
