About The Wilmslow Lodge
The Wilmslow Lodge occupies a classic hotel building on Alderley Road in Wilmslow, standing next to an 18th-century pub that gives the surrounding streets a good deal of character. With 36 rooms, it's a modest, manageable size rather than a sprawling complex, and it suits guests who want straightforward, comfortable accommodation without unnecessary frills.
Rooms come with free WiFi and air conditioning, and the hotel itself offers a restaurant and bar, along with breakfast service to start the day. A lift makes moving between floors easy, and there's luggage storage for those arriving early or leaving late. Meeting rooms are available too, making the property workable for business stays as well as leisure breaks, while a garden offers a bit of outdoor space to sit and unwind.
Free on-site parking is provided, which is a practical bonus for anyone arriving by car. Tatton Park lies nearby as a point of interest worth building into any stay, and Wilmslow itself is close at hand, roughly half a mile away by road. The rooms are kept simple and functional rather than elaborate, which suits guests after a reliable, no-fuss base in Cheshire.

What guests say
Spent 4 nights here recently and really enjoyed it. Staff are brilliant and very friendly. Maids leave fresh towels and coffee supplies invisibly. Rooms are spacious with nice decor and well specced tv systems. Bathrooms are clean and looked new. It's a business hotel so don't expect silence at all times, but sleeping at night was no issue at all.

I have stayed here many times, so it is not my first experience. I made the booking with Simon (Top lad). Upon arriving at the Hotel I dealt with Ben - Pleasant, Courteous and professional ! Made the whole experience superb! In the morning had breakfast with my group and we were dealt with by Kiani, What a lovely young girl with such a pleasant personality - Nothing was too much trouble with our breakfast order. If I could give 10 Stars I would. Will 100% stay again.

+ Large, clean bedroom and comfortable bed + Amenities provided including a large fan during hot weather, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron and toiletries + Staff in pub were friendly + Town centre on the doorstep, very conveniently located for shops and restaurants - Bathroom was extremely hot and poorly ventilated; the bathroom door was very heavy and impossible to prop open - Very noisy due to continual slamming of heavy doors from other rooms, thin walls and poorly insulated floors/ceilings so lots of noise from people walking on the floor above and audible conversations.

My favourite place to stay when on business in Manchester. Rooms are immaculate, food in the pub is great, staff are really friendly and helpful and its a great location for a walk through Wilmslow.
