Gladwyn Cottage
Wiltshire
Gladwyn Cottage dates from the 1700s and retains the character of a period building while functioning as a straightforward family home. The ground floor holds a living room with a wood burner and smart TV, a spacious kitchen and dining area centred around an oil-fired Rayburn, a utility room with washing machine and fridge, and a separate toilet. Upstairs are three bedrooms—a king, a three-quarter double, and a zip-and-link pair of singles—plus a family bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
One small dog stays free. The enclosed front garden has a patio and furniture for outdoor use. There is off-road parking for two cars. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are covered; initial fuel for the wood burner is provided. A travel cot and highchair are available on request. The cottage is positioned in a village four miles from the M4 and within reach of Chippenham and the wider Wiltshire countryside. No smoking inside.
