The Little Furze

The Vale of Pewsey offers rolling countryside dotted with villages and historical sites within easy reach. The Little Furze sits in this landscape as a self-contained annexe, completely refurbished in 2020, with its own entrance and private parking for one car. Single-storey throughout, it comprises a double bedroom, shower room with walk-in shower, and an open-plan living space with a sofa bed suitable for children. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included, along with central heating.

Access is straightforward—just two steps to the entrance—and the property opens onto a patio with garden furniture. Beyond this lies a large enclosed lawn shared with the owner, who can also provide a BBQ on request. A cot and highchair are available if needed. The annexe suits couples or a family of two adults and two children, and does not permit smoking.

Stonehenge and Avebury stone circle are both within striking distance. Marlborough, with its college and tea rooms, is reachable by regular bus service, as is Salisbury for shopping. Longleat, country parks and other attractions lie within a reasonable drive, and there are restaurants scattered across the locality and further afield.
