Fantastic venue! Trendy interior, digital gaming tables, great vibe, lovely staff, tasty food & milkshakes, massive portion size. Not sure what else you need more… definitely one of my favourites to do regular visits!

Family favourite - grateful this fantastic small but friendly family-run business has stood the test of time. Especially love the gluten free fluffy waffles - with fab range of toppings - day you to try my sweet savoury favourite: mushrooms with maple syrup.

I stumbled upon Waffle Jacks while visiting Nelson’s Medical Practice on Kingston Road, it’s literally just a stone’s throw away! The first thing that caught my eye was how fun and vibrant the place looked. It has that authentic American diner vibe, full of character and energy. The menu has something for everyone, but I went for the Full English Breakfast, while my wife chose the Corndog and Chips. Both dishes were absolutely delicious, freshly made, full of flavour, and served with a smile. What truly sets Waffle Jacks apart, though, is the exceptional service. I’ve never felt so genuinely welcomed or cared for in any restaurant. The owner came out personally to greet us, made sure we were comfortable, and took a real interest in how we were doing. When we decided to sit outside with our baby, he even came back out later to check if we were warm enough as the clouds rolled in, such a thoughtful gesture! I didn’t expect to enjoy our visit as much as I did, but Waffle Jacks completely exceeded our expectations. We can’t wait to return and try more from their amazing menu. Highly recommend this spot for both its fantastic food and outstanding hospitality!

Popped into Nelson’s medical today and it was a bit hot for his majesty in the mini and no shade anywhere, popped in hear , cholo in tow, and the couple from SA who own it, let me tie him up on the terrace and they minded him, ❤️❤️had a few issues then handing him back 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️cholo loves everyone👍👍if you ever pass bye, tell them you know cholo 👌
