Everything you need is already here at Lovington Barn. The kitchen has electric cooking, a dishwasher, fridge-freezer and wine cooler. Electricity, heating via an air source heat pump with underfloor heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. There's a utility room with a washer-dryer, and an additional downstairs cloakroom beyond the three ensuite bathrooms. The property sleeps six across three bedrooms: two doubles with en-suites featuring both bath and shower, plus a third bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room. Each double bedroom includes a seating area.

Two interconnected living spaces dominate the ground floor. The main one is open plan, with a smart TV, woodburner and bi-fold doors opening onto a patio. The second sitting room has its own fireplace, smart TV and French doors to the garden. Oak beams and marble worktops run throughout. An internal lift serves the first floor, so the barn works well for those with mobility considerations. Outside, the rear garden is lawned with patio seating and views across the Hampshire countryside. Private parking fits two cars, and an electric car charging point is available. No smoking inside. Lovington Barn sits in the village of Ovington near the River Itchen, less than three miles from Alresford market town.
