A great place for families with young children. The staff are friendly, there’s a dedicated area for under-3s and toddlers, and my son had a wonderful time. Parents can comfortably relax and enjoy a coffee. There’s no need to wait, as you can book online or purchase a walk-in ticket.

Excellent for grandparents or parents & children. Lots of fun in the soft play area and food & drinks available Everything is about the children it's great. You can have a coffee & something sweet & rest your feet while the kids have fun... There's also a nice cafe area separate from the soft play area That side has plenty of tables & chairs plus a comfy large sofa. A good menu with a decent selection of food & drink. The staff are very friendly, patient & nothing is too much trouble. They serve both areas & are always pleasant & friendly. They're happy to serve variations of what's on the menu The soft play area can be booked for birthday parties. I think they do themed ones too Everyone is welcomed with a smile. People out on their bikes & walkers are all welcomed. There is a bike sales area which is on a mezanine floor accessed by a staircase in the cafeteria side. Good range of bikes including some great electric models If you want somewhere to get a bacon butty or have a day out with the kids this is the place to go. The soft play area must be booked in advance & can get busy in school holidays. However if you happen to find yourselves there & have younger ones who get bored with shopping it's worth asking if there's space for an hours play. Children must be accompanied so while they are having fun, playing & getting rid of all that extra energy you can chill & have a cuppa Perfect if you're on holiday in the area & the weather let's you down too Beats playing Tiddlywinks 😅 It's a good all round place for food & drink, perfect for families & very children friendly

As well as the play area, and a bike shop, there's the Bikers Cafe ! It's separate from the others. The food is very good, in both quality and portion size, as well as very reasonably priced ! The internal lighting and tinted windows make it look closed. It's not !!

Just had my son’s party here on a Sunday and can’t rate highly enough- fab team looking after us, great food, brilliant communication and flexibility and so happy with the party bags which contained no plastic tat and included a voucher for a kid’s admission. Top marks all round, you made my son’s day really special, thank you!!
