The Wirral coast is within three miles of Home Leigh, making it an easy base for beach trips, coastal walks, or exploring the peninsula's attractions. The house itself is a renovated period property arranged over two floors, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep six. Each bedroom has a zip-and-link bed that can be configured as a kingsize or split into two singles, and the ground floor bedroom has an accessible ensuite with grab rails and a shower seat. A Jack and Jill ensuite connects two of the upstairs bedrooms, and there's a separate shower room on the ground floor.

The open-plan ground floor brings kitchen, dining, and living space together, with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the essentials for self-catering. A smart TV is provided, along with wifi throughout. Out the back is an enclosed garden with seating, where a private hot tub sits ready for five people; there's also a shower for muddy paws. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included, and one dog stays free. Parking fits three cars, and there's an electric vehicle charging point. No smoking inside. The house suits families, groups of friends, or couples wanting space and comfort within reach of the coast.
