1/5 Stars Hands down one of the worst theater experiences I’ve ever had. We went to see Spider-Man in Screen 11 (July 29, 9pm) and it was basically a sauna. The AC wasn't working at all. You have nearly 200 people squeezed into a dark room suffocating, and management thought a portable fan would fix it?? The whole room was scolding the staff and complaining. I honestly don't know how we survived the whole movie. Complete lack of crowd management and zero care for customer comfort. Never coming back here.

They provide the variety of seating options here, especially if you go for the premier seats which are very comfortable for longer films. The inside is very big with lots of screens. The projection quality is consistently sharp and sound quality is amazing. It feels like a premium venue compared to some of the smaller local cinemas in South London. Almost every buses pass by here from North Greenwich station so really handy to come here. There are some food and coffee spots around so great for the movie night. The only downside is that TOO MANY ADS before the film. You probably want to arrive half an hour later than your film time to avoid tons of ads.

Nice cinema. Came here for the first time for experiencing Michael in IMAX. Picture and sound was so much more amazing than usual. Free Parking infront for 5hours. Buses stop infront too. Friendly staff. Nandos and Burger King nearby.

The free parking outside has a 5 hour time limit with £70 automatic fine for exceeding this. Watched Odessey which is over 3 hours long and had a Nando’s at the same time so ended up going over time limit No other choice to pay for any additional parking so this needs to be changed by the parking company Update on 3/08/26 following reply from cinema below There is no information on registering for parking with the business beforehand for stay exceeding 5 hours. Also no way of contacting Millennium Leisure as the number on their website doesn’t work. This seems like their business model to catch people off guard and charge them a fine!
