What visitors say
I visited this Vue on Saturday afternoon at about 14:30 thinking I had booked my tickets for 14:45 on that day, it turned out I had accidentally booked for the day before. My mum was visiting for the day as she doesn't live close so our plan was to watch the Odyssey. Thankfully a kind staff member doing the ticket checks was able to help us sort it out and we were able to enjoy the movie despite the mix up. The staff member was really friendly and we were so grateful that our plans could still go ahead.

The service was very slow as there were only 2 people on the tills and lots of showings. I feel that pricing for snacks is very high but I suppose that’s the economy lately. I called the head office with regard to BLUE LIGHT discount and was advised that I could use this in store as the website was a little difficult to navigate. Staff at the venue couldn’t help and wouldn’t accept it. The screen we were in (screen 6) was a little run down and the seats were very comfortable.

The screens are great. The entrance to the cinema is boring and outdated. There used to be a arcade. You could buy tickets from the front desk. The worst thing was the popcorn 🍿 was cold! What happened to keeping it hot.

Vue Cinema Worcester is usually a reliable place to visit and I have had many good experiences here in the past. This time, however, the visit felt more mixed which is why I am giving three stars. The main issue was the queue for snacks. I understand that busy periods happen, but a few checkouts were not open which made the wait much longer. After standing in line for around ten minutes, the staff member at the checkout I was waiting for told me they were finishing their shift. I was then asked to move to another queue where I waited for another ten minutes. I completely understand that staff need to leave on time, but it would have helped to be told earlier so I could have joined a different line from the start. Aside from the queue situation, the rest of the visit was enjoyable and the film itself was great as always.

Visitors say this cinema has amazing, huge screens and a good range of seats, including VIP options. They also highlight the welcoming and helpful staff, who often assist with booking issues.
Some reviews mention the venue can be poorly maintained.
