What visitors say
One of the great Cathedrals of England, located on the banks of the river Severn. Upon entry we were politely asked if we could make a donation, in contrast to the compulsory and exorbitant demands for cash from, for example, York Minster. The organ was being played which added to the atmosphere and grandeur of the building. The cathedral also features fine cloisters and a particularly impressive chapter house.

Such a beautiful cathedral with many creative art carving, lots to see and wonder around with a crypt, that was open downstairs. There is a lovely cafe serving cakes & food made to order which was lovely and fresh. You have to see it to believe it. The Cathedral is for wheelchair users also, but not in some parts of the building like the crypt as it up and down stairs. There are ramps in some parts for access. Would definitely recommend a visit.

We had a lovely guided tour up the Worcester cathedral tower today - our guides were awesome, friendly & extremely knowledgeable - a special mention to Glyn what a lovely young man full of enthusiasm & very interesting specialist knowledge about the history of the cathedral, Worcester & the civil war. After 4.5years of living in Worcester I finally went up the tower today - stunning views of our beautiful city 🤩
