Lovely park! There is a Cafe and toilets on site and a large children's play area, outdoor gym area, and walking trails. A bonus is free parking. The only negative is the lack of trail markers in the woods but other the that it's brilliant 👏.

A lovely country park, great walks through ancient trees, a nice cafe and play areas, usually has a bouncy castle on the field. Plenty of wide open space and a car park. Reachable via the 36 or 38 bus to the hospital. A nice time was had by all.

Lots of space for your little ones, 2 playgrounds (for smaller and bigger kids). Restaurant with amazing oreo milkshake ;) and lots of other, tables inside and outside. Dog friendly. For short stay and long day trip too, woods around will change your inner bateries and let you relax. There is small pond next to the old council building where you can spot a wild life.

The woods were lovely to walk in. The coffee was great, do was the ice cream. However, the jacket potato with tuna was not good at all. The potato was cold, it was only partially cooked and I left most of it. The tuna was very dry and there was no butter. When I asked for butter it was frozen and did not melt on my cold potato. Very disappointed.
