What visitors say
Place is great and up until now everything has been superb, which makes this even more disappointing to write. What we experienced in the jumping area today was honestly shocking. Older kids were attacking and tackling younger ones, swinging right at them on the balls. It wasn’t even that busy — just a handful of kids — so there’s really no excuse for what was going on. What upset me most was the complete lack of supervision. The young lad and girl who were supposed to be supervising seemed far more interested in flirting with each other than actually managing the area. When we approached them, they admitted they knew exactly which kids we were talking about… yet they did absolutely nothing. At one point there was a child crying in the middle of the bouncing area and no staff member reacted. That’s just not acceptable. I can understand things getting hectic when it’s packed, but it wasn’t. This was simply poor staff performance and a failure to ensure children’s safety. I’m genuinely shocked and very disappointed, especially because we’ve had such positive experiences before.

Boy will your kids get tired here! If you dont want to be in there bouncing and falling everywhere, you can enjoy watching on the big screen. Upstairs cafe has Ice cream and hot and cold drinks etc perfect to refresh them ant the end. Keep it up guys, Jayden and Charlie cannot get enough of the place!

I was at the Buzz yesterday with my 2 children . I was there when an incident happened. I was supervising my children . I saw everything . There were some unruly kids . What shocked me was the parents . Leaving the supervision to the teenagers working there . They had a difficult job . Managing all those children . They did a fantastic job . Very professional and I was really impressed . I was not impressed by the parents who left them too it . I thought the young girl & boy present , did the best they could . A little boy had a nose bleed . They tendered to him & repeatedly managed the situation . I wanted to leave a review to say how impressed I was . I noticed a negative review of this situation . Parents please it’s not the teenagers job to parent your children . If like me you want to supervise your own children . Making sure they are safe . Then do so . But do not blame the youngsters , especially if you’re not there or busy on your phone . So well done to the Buzz staff . All the staff were welcoming & professional . I will definitely will be returning . I hope the Manager realises how good the staff are . The coffee was also lovely

Threw a birthday party for my brother, very friendly and inclusive place even for kids with special needs. They offer food and basic decorations for the party rooms and have caring and friendly staff. Highly recommend for kids to have parties here!
