We visited for Sunday lunch today. Everyone on the tabke had beef. First impressions were three small medallions of beef, another would have been more generous. There definitely wasn't as much meat as previous customers photos show. The small vegetable pot between two gave each person 1 carrot 1 mangetout one piece of brocolli and a small.piece of cauliflower that was lacking in cheese or cheese sauce along with a small amount of cabbage. What we had was very nice but didn't give us the feeling of being value for money. The service was also too quick. I only just taken my last mouthful of food and the tablecwas cleared and my plate was taken. I hadn't even finished chewing. We had to ask for a break before our dessert or our dinner was going to be over and done in around 40 minutes from sitting down. Everyone enjoyed their pudding. So maybe let people know they can have more vegetables if needed and serve more than a child size portion of beef especially as there is a 2 pound surcharge to have beef. Why a yorkshire pudding is not offered for all Sunday lunches and not just beef is odd too as the ingredients of milk flour and egg are not expensive.

Upon arrival we were immediately struck by how friendly the staff in all cases are. Our room was very well presented, clean and tidy. A special mention for the food at The Dewdrop which is exceptional, a fact borne out by how many people go there specifically to dine. The location in Lower Broadheath is ideal being just three miles from Worcester city centre We thoroughly recommend The Dewdrop.

Very welcoming place. Friendly staff. Both Wye Valley Butty Bach and HPA on tap and well presented. The lunch was delicious. We had fish and chips and a veggie choice. Both splendid. Absolutely full marks.
