Meadow Brook Barn sits within reach of several worthwhile spots. Thornton Cleveleys and Fleetwood are close by on the coast, while Poulton-le-Fylde itself is a working market town. Slightly further afield, the Forest of Bowland and the southern Lake District make for good day trips. The barn itself occupies a rural setting with views across countryside where Black Vallais sheep graze nearby.

The entire property is yours alone, set on one level for ease. Three bedrooms sleep six: a double with ensuite shower, a kingsize, and two singles. The second bathroom has both bath and shower cubicle. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking—gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, air fryer and wine cooler among the appliances. An open-plan living area with smart TV serves as the hub. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included; heating is underfloor throughout.

Outside, there is patio space to the rear and gardens front and back, with furniture for sitting out. Parking covers two cars. One small dog can stay free of charge, though sheep graze nearby so a lead is essential. No smoking inside. Children can use a travel cot and highchair on request.
