About Wide Horizons Holiday Park
Wide Horizons Holiday Park makes a solid base just outside the handsome Georgian harbour town of Aberaeron on Ceredigion's coast. The site's well-placed for exploring the region's mix of beaches, coastal paths and quiet countryside, with facilities that cover the essentials: an on-site restaurant and bar, a play area for kids, and pitches with car parking alongside. Families and walkers tend to appreciate the straightforward setup and helpful staff, though a few mention the facilities can feel a little tired in places. Still, with sailing, fishing and golf all nearby, and the scenic sweep of Cardigan Bay on the doorstep, it's a practical choice for those who want to get out and about rather than spend all day on site.

What visitors say
Its a nice place but lots of empty plots which look untidy, very hilly which is fine for us but wouldn't be for some. Its in walking distance to the town. but the road is deadly with no paths, i did walk the 1st day here it wasn't nice,so wouldn't advise. You can get to the coastal path from site and walk to Aberaeron or new quay but again only for the able. Quiet site, little park climbing frame, slide, couple swings.

We just needed somewhere to shower and sleep and this was perfect. We was out all day at New quay beach or visiting other places. We had a 3 and 6 year old with us but didn't need evening entertainment due to the little ones bedtime. Like I said it was perfect

We stumbled upon this park and decided to last minute book a trip and I am really glad we did. Firstly Mary was lovely and helpful a true asset, and the apartment we booked was great, and overall it would have been 5 if it wasn’t for three small issues. 1. We booked a room that could accommodate 4 but only had bedding for one double bed. 2. The windows only open an inch so airing the room was a challenge, let alone if there was a fire we would be trapped. 4. We just couldn’t find recycling facilities or bins so we had to leave our rubbish for the cleaning staff. Apart from these small issues we will return but we may try a caravan next , even though the apartments are lovely and have amazing views

Had a lovely few days stay. Caravan was very comfortable and clean with everything you needed. The views didn't disappoint.
