Aberaeron is a working fishing village on the Ceredigion coast, with seafood restaurants, pubs and galleries within walking distance. The harbour sits at the heart of things, and the dramatic shoreline nearby draws visitors year-round for coastal walks. New Quay and Aberystwyth are close enough for day trips, both offering their own character and easy access to the cliffs and beaches that make this stretch of Wales distinctive.
Magnolia Cottage is a detached house with six bedrooms across two floors. Ground level holds a sitting room with an electric wood-burner and French doors to the garden, plus a kitchen/dining room with a range cooker, dishwasher and separate utility room. Four of the bedrooms have king beds and their own shower rooms; the other two have single beds and share a bathroom. All rooms have a television. The essentials—heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels—are covered, and there is parking for three cars plus a bike store. Outside, a lawned garden with patio and barbecue looks onto the village. The property sleeps twelve and is rented whole to one party only; no smoking indoors.

Nice house with 5 bedrooms with enough room for 10 people, situated in a beautiful area with lots to see in the local town about two minute away.
