Craigendarroch House

The Cairngorms offer hill walking, cycling, skiing, and a cluster of distilleries within reach. Darroch Learg Hotel sits nearby if you want to eat out without cooking. Craigendarroch House itself occupies land that rewards exploration—Craigendarroch Hill is a steep walk from the grounds, with views across the park from the top. The house sleeps 12 across six bedrooms and five bathrooms, making it suitable for large family gatherings or groups sharing the cost.

Inside, the rooms spread across three floors. The ground floor contains three living areas, a dining room, kitchen with both an Aga and electric cooking, and a wet room. Bedrooms range from a super king on the first floor with dressing area and full ensuite to doubles and kings on the upper floors, most with televisions. The kitchen has everything needed to cook from scratch—oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge space. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are included.

The gardens are extensive, with lawn, two summerhouses, a bar area with karaoke and television, a gas barbecue, and a hot tub. Parking accommodates five cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. The house does not permit smoking indoors. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed.
