Keyland Cottage
Aberdeenshire
Keyland Cottage is a renovated stone building on the main street of Johnshaven, a working fishing village in Aberdeenshire. Ground floor opens into a combined living and dining space with a woodburner, then flows into a kitchen equipped for proper cooking—oven, hob, dishwasher and the rest. A shower room completes this level. Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two singles. The cottage sleeps four and one dog stays free.
The essentials are covered: electricity, heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are all included. Wood for the burner is supplied. An enclosed courtyard at the side offers a private sitting area. On-site parking means you can leave the car and walk everywhere—the harbour, a pub and restaurant focused on local seafood, a tearoom with harbour views, a convenience store and the Lobster Shop are all minutes away on foot. The village also has a heritage museum and craft shops. There is no smoking inside.
