Got there after booking online as usually bowling is always packed out. Got there and it was nearly empty. Cost me £70 for 3 games, 2 adults and 1 child. The app didn't work however for food and drinks but wasn't busy so just ordered at the bar. We got an orange juice, strawberry milkshake and tap water, just over £10 for them drinks. Going out is super expensive now and not always worth it. Staff were really nice though. Went in the arcade after, you need a card rather than cash as it's not longer accepted on the arcade machines. You need to download an app to check how much you have left and how many tickets you have. Kinda takes all the fun out of it not knowing how much you have and collecting tickets for the monster machine and get a bouncy ball....🎳

Loved it here, always so fun and quite busy but never overwhelming. My partner has scoliosis and Autism but had such a fun time. Super wheelchair friendly. Was quite noisy so he did have to hide under the tables at points but nonetheless was worth the trip and he will be wheeling back soon👍

Ruined my day. We paid for 4 games as family ticket. I paid half 35.90£ and my friend paid half 35.90£ When second game finished, third didn't come on. So Customer service rude said I paid only 2 games. No receipts anything to proof. Also ordered food and they forgot some we ordered. Been waiting for a while,was thinking why so long waiting for food. Then went to desk, they forgot about it. 😐

My partner played a prize game and won a Disney phone charger took it home opened it as it states ready to use not working can't contact wigan bowling as its a 0844 number absolute jokes also played 2 games of bowling 1st game fine 2nd game it said game over I was like hang on this not right explained to the front desk and they sorted it
