Anglesey Transport Museum Glamping Holidays

Visited today, great place to go for motor enthusiasts. Lots of variety of vehicles to see, and information on these. Our little boy is too young to really appreciate the vehicles, but did love the van he could ‘drive’ in second hall. Adding another one of these ‘touchable’ exhibits in the first hall would be amazing! Cafe food was good, although service for drinks was a little slow considering it was pretty quiet. Nice park outside for kids and great ice cream. Cafe and museum are dog friendly, and mostly wheelchair accessible, including stair lifts to some areas and a disabled toilet.

Very much impressed by the variety and the quality of the vintage collection, be it of classic cars, bike, tractor or military vehicles. They were all kept in brilliant condition and with enough spacing so they can be viewed with convenience. The tour starts from the cafe itself - which has nice food collection. I tried the biscoff and the chocolate brownies with coffee, very good. Behind the cafe is a children play area also, so kids have their own thing to do if they are not much interested in the vehicles. Ticket prices are fare, with under 6 being free - considering how much other attractions in Anglesey are bring priced. Definitely recommend.

We came across this museum while staying in the area on holiday. It was amazing, good price and loads to see. Staff very friendly and Cafe also really good. While there we came across there glamping they had, we have looked to do glamping on Anglesey but couldn't find any online, there trucks they have here look amazing, when we came across them and checked them out on the QR code on the gate. Really good value to!!. They should change there name to involve the word glamping in them, Johnny Vegas Patricia and Oscar units would do amazing here along with there's, we been on that and this site here is really good!, great views, cafe on site and something to do. I would 100% look at staying here and hope they push the word out more of the glamping units they have as they would do really well if more people knew about them - signage on the road, get it on Google maps & a booking agent site. There is a strong demand for luxury unique glamping 🌞😊
