Panbride Retreats - The Horse Stalls

The Horse Stalls is a converted stable block at Panbride House, a restored country estate just outside Carnoustie. This three-bedroom property sleeps six and comes fully equipped for self-catering: the kitchen has an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and all the basics you need to cook properly. Electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, and there is heating throughout. The layout spreads across two floors, with the ground floor given over to open-plan living and dining, plus a bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and in-room Jacuzzi bath; the second is also a king; the third has two single beds. A second bathroom serves the upstairs. All three bedrooms have smart TVs, and there are travel cots, highchairs and a stairgate available.

Outside, the property sits within six acres of enclosed grounds on the estate, with private parking for two cars and access to a shared hot tub (four-person, bookable), gym and tennis court. One garden has a courtyard area. The Angus coastal path runs practically past the door, leading within minutes to sandy beaches and rock pools. Carnoustie town centre, famous for its championship golf course, is a short walk away, with cafés, pubs and shops facing onto a wide beachfront. Further afield, Dundee, St Andrews and the Angus Glens are all reachable for a day out. One dog stays free; the property is no smoking.
