Achnaha is a single-storey detached cottage in Ardentinny, a village on the Cowal Peninsula where Loch Long's shores are within walking distance. Everything is on the ground floor: a living room with woodburner, a kitchen equipped for proper cooking, two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles), and a bathroom with bath and shower. The essentials—electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wi-fi—are included, along with logs for the stove.
The property suits families and groups of four looking for a base to explore the National Park. A pub and restaurant are 500 yards away; the village shop is three miles off. The enclosed garden and bike store make it easy to settle in for a few days, and one dog stays free. Parking for two cars is on site, and the whole cottage is yours alone. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
