Boatman’s Cottage at Inverinan Mor

Boatman's Cottage sits within the grounds of Inverinan Mor Estate, a small country property on the shores of Loch Awe in Argyll and Bute. The cottage itself is a renovated croft with thick stone walls, now fitted out with modern heating and insulation, and set among oak woodland with views across the loch towards the mountains. Everything is on the ground floor, accessed via four steps to the entrance.

The layout gives you two bedrooms—one double with an ensuite featuring a bath and walk-in shower, one single with an ensuite shower—plus a living room with patio doors onto a garden, and a kitchen equipped for proper cooking with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. Heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are included. The grounds stretch to 37 acres and include a small private loch a couple of minutes' walk away; there is also a lawned garden at the cottage itself with patio furniture and a barbecue, plus parking for two cars and a bike store. This is adults-only accommodation, and smoking is not permitted.
