This substantial Victorian house stands on the Cowal Peninsula near Dunoon, within reach of Loch Lomond and the Trossachs. Built to a generous scale, it spreads across three floors with seven bedrooms and four bathrooms, designed to accommodate groups of up to 14 people. The ground floor holds a twin bedroom with ensuite, a living room with Sky TV, separate dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook or arrange in-house catering. A utility room handles laundry for larger parties.
Upstairs, six further bedrooms are distributed across the first and second floors—five with ensuite showers and one sharing a shower room. Most are doubles; one is a bunk room. The house is heated throughout and has wifi; bed linen and towels are provided. Outside, there is private parking for four cars, an enclosed garden with seating and barbecue, a hot tub for eight, and a sauna. One dog is welcome. No smoking indoors.
Arrival is after 16:00, departure before 10:00. The property suits extended families, groups of friends, or those planning celebrations and gatherings.

A lovely house that can sleep 14 people. Our family had a great stay for 3 days. There was 14 of us & we all had a great time. It was clean, tidy & had everything you'd need for cooking etc, a real home from home feel. There is a hot tub & sauna to allow for a nice relaxing feel. The location is stunning & peaceful. Plenty of places to take a stroll & enjoy the Scottish countryside & hills. If you want somewhere for a family/friends gathering & away from the hustle of city living, this is a great place to recharge the batteries. Ardentinny beach is about 15-20 minutes walk from the house & has great trails to venture around.

Absolutely beautiful setting and home. Decor is very tasteful and bathrooms all very modern and clean. Lay out of dinning room and lounge is a little tight with our family group of 12 but still very comfortable and didn't take away from our stay. The location was very beautiful and very handy for exploring the area. Lastly the service was excellent with answering of questions and when I left something the hosts were very helpful and sorted a return of the item very promptly.

The most fantastic house, hot tub and grounds fabulous. Scenery magnificent and host was excellent more than met our expectations for a fantastic stay. We were a group of 14 and we will definitely be going again. five star all round Yvonne Rout

Perfect accommodation for a brilliant hen weekend. Stunning views to admire while in the hot tub and sauna. Gardens kept well. Inside was perfectly adequate with a large well equipped kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Brilliant for a family get together.
