Island Views

Island Views is a compact, recently renovated apartment on Mull's west coast near Ulva Ferry, within a National Scenic Area. The ground floor holds an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space with patio doors onto a private decked garden; upstairs, a galleried bedroom with a double bed overlooks the main room. A wood burner provides warmth and focal point on cooler evenings, while large windows frame views across the water toward Ulva and beyond.

The kitchen is equipped for self-catering, with electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A washing machine and walk-in shower are on site. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and initial logs for the burner are included; there is parking for one car. The apartment draws water from a spring on the property. No smoking is permitted, and the property is not suitable for children under five.

Ulva Ferry sits in one of Mull's most remote and wildlife-rich corners. The owners run a wildlife tour business next door and can advise on spotting otters, deer, sea eagles and marine life in the area. Walking access to the ferry itself and onward exploration of the island begins from the doorstep.
