Lochside

Lochside is a first-floor flat sleeping four, newly decorated in 2024, in Glen Eck within Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The property looks out over Holy Loch and sits surrounded by mature woodland where red squirrels are common. One small dog stays free, and there is bike storage on site plus parking for two cars.

The open-plan living space holds a wood-burning stove, 42-inch TV with Freesat, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and electric cooking. Bedroom one has a kingsize bed, bedroom two a double; the bathroom, refitted in May 2024, has a shower over the bath. Essentials including electricity, heating, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered.

The location works well for walking—Glen Eck and Glenbranter Forest offer routes for all abilities with views across Loch Eck toward the islands—and for mountain biking on the Loch Eck Loop. Puck's Glen, Benmore Botanic Gardens and local beaches are within reach; Dunoon is ten minutes by car. A shop and garage lie half a mile away.
