The Holly Trees- The Holly Tree Cottage

Dunoon sits on the Clyde coast within Loch Lomond & The Trossachs National Park, surrounded by river walks and forest paths. The Holly Tree Cottage occupies this setting as a converted stone building where everything happens on the ground floor—ideal if stairs are a consideration. Two bedrooms sleep three: one with a double bed, one single. The bathroom has a bath with shower, and the kitchen is properly equipped for self-catering, with an oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A wood burner anchors the living space, and heating plus fuel for it are included in your stay, along with electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi.

A shared lawn garden sits to the front and a courtyard to the rear; parking for one car is on site. The village shop lies 250 yards away. Children under six are not suitable for this property due to steps in the garden. No smoking throughout. Arrival is after 4pm, departure before 10am.
