Puffin - Kerrera

Puffin stands on the isle of Kerrera, a short ferry ride from Oban. The cottage has three bedrooms—a double, two singles, and one further single—sleeping five in total, with one bathroom and a shower room. Essentials like heating, linen, towels and wifi are provided. One pet stays free of charge.

The layout centres on an open-plan living and dining space with a 32-inch TV and patio doors that open onto a decked area overlooking the Firth of Lorn and the boatyard beyond. The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with electric oven and hob. Downstairs you'll find the double bedroom and shower room; the single beds are upstairs. There's parking for two cars on-site, and the grounds spread across three acres of natural, undeveloped land shared with other properties.

Kerrera suits families, couples, and anyone keen on the outdoors. The Puffin Dive Centre is directly opposite, offering scuba, snorkelling and SUP hire. Within walking distance lie sea angling spots, woodland trails, bird-watching terrain, and the island's own castle and Iron Age fort. A ferry departs hourly just 330 yards away, connecting you back to Oban's shops and restaurants. No smoking inside the cottage.
