Me and the Mrs stayed last night. She booked an overnight stay for a birthday surprise. The room was alright. Decent view. Got some condiments for tea and coffee with milk. The mattress wasn’t comfortable at all though, Mrs only managed to sleep for a few hours. A teddy bear has been put in between the head board and the wall… Our room had an en suite but at least one doesn’t cause some poor soul had to keep leaving his room into the shared corridor to go to his toilet There’s only a continental breakfast here. which I think is absolutely mental in a touristy hotspot in Scotland. I bet the butchers in Oban are class and the owners are missing a trick by not doing one. The continental breakfast was limited. A radio here would be nice as it was really quiet. The owners are both very pleasant and it wouldn’t be fair for me to not mention that.

So comfortable. The bed, the thoughtful touches (tea, milk, biscuits). We stayed in the family room and it was perfect for us traveling with our kiddo, could have fit another person/kid or two. Hosts were friendly, I love that they’re nearby on the property. Location is just close enough we walked 20 min into town for dinner. I recommend and would come again.

Just spent the week here and was very impressed. From the initial welcome to the final breakfast we were made very welcome. The room was small but more than adequate for our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the down duvet provided a very good sleep even in the heat . The ensuite was particularly good and the shower absolutely amazing. I can't recommend this accommodation enough and would definitely visit again
